Having considered the hole of the evidence adduced I am satisfied that in view of the numerous contradictions and inconsistencies in the defence evidence not only in that of the accused himself but also in that of his own witnesses the defence is unworthy of any credence. Further the defence has failed to raise any reasonable doubt as to the truth of the prosecution case or as to the accused's guilt for the reasons that I have considered earlier. I therefore find that the prosecution has proved its case against the accused beyond reasonable doubt on all four charges and, in the upshot, I find him guilty as charged.
